Instructions:
 
To access by phone, at the scheduled date and time of the meeting dial into the conference line and when prompted enter the Meeting ID followed by the pound key.

To join to the online meeting click on the provided meeting link listed above and press the “Get StartMeeting” button (if you have used StartMeeting before, this may say “Launch StartMeeting)

On the next page fill out your name and email. Once filled in, click Submit (sometimes the window you need to fill in opens behind the main window, so if you don’t see it, check there).

The system will guide your through the process of getting the executable required to participate in the online meeting.

IMPORTANT: once StartMeeting opens, you will need to click on the telephone icon in the control panel to join the audio.
